Small pets allowed-$100 fee. Only 1 vehicle allowed.
We live in the upstairs of the home, which is located in a relaxed neighborhood on a cul-de-sac.
Need beach toys, umbrellas or bikes? Just ask! I’ll deliver to your door.
Clothing steamer available upon request.
One (1) car allowed. NO smoking on property. The apartment contains 1 bedroom area and a kitchenette / dining / living area. The bathroom is located off the living area. The patio and side yard are a part of the apartment and free to use.
We live upstairs and also use the other parts of the downstairs of the property. There is no common area, the apartment is separate and private, with only shared walls.

Summary: I had a conference to attend that was 5 minutes from here so we booked. We had a great stay! The property owner was easy to communicate with and was clear with check in and check out procedures. The property was super clean (and so cute). The bed is COMFY and we got amazing sleep. That’s important to me because I don’t always sleep well. The neighborhood is family oriented, which we appreciate. All together, this property is close to all the good Saint Simons has to offer and recommend this property!
