Less than 100 steps to the beach!!! This beach block, center of town 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom townhouse in Sea Isle City, has it all! The property is in a great location within walking distance to shopping, promenade, beach and restaurants. The beautifully maintained property has an elevator with stops on each floor. Large covered deck for entertaining. The third floor has a large open living room, dining & kitchen area with hardwood floors and granite countertops.
1st Floor bonus room with Pyramid bunk bed (single over double).
2nd Floor has 3 bedrooms. One is Master suite with private bath and covered deck. This room has a queen bed. The middle bedroom has bunk bed and the back bedroom has a private deck and queen bed. The 3rd floor has the great room that opens up to a very large covered deck off the living room. The last bedroom is also on this floor. This is the other master suite, private bathroom and deck with a queen bed. Half bath off kitchen. 10 Beach Tags, Beach Chairs, Wagon, Umbrella, Coolers...everything you need for a perfect Sea Isle vacation.

Summary: We had a great time celebrating my sister's milestone birthday here. The home was perfect for our gathering of 8 people, very comfortable, very close to the beach, and walking distance to shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!
