Beach Equipment: All of our vacation rentals include beach towels for the maximum occupancy, four beach chairs, two boogie boards, one beach umbrella and one small portable cooler.
Non-Smoking: All of our vacation rentals are Non Smoking. Many of the gated condo complexes are completely smoke free (including e cigarettes) within the entire gated complex.
Hair Dryer: There are hairdryers in each bathroom.
Baby Equipment: Due to safety/sanitation/liability we do not provide baby equipment. Please refer to our Concierge Service page on for local company that rents, delivers and picks up baby equipment.
No Pets: All of our vacation rentals are pet free.
Parking:Reserved parking for one car in a parking stall. Oversized or commercial vehicles are not allowed.
Swimming Pool: Yes, onsite

Waikoloa Fairways A203 is on the 2nd floor of the A Building. Waikoloa Fairways is located in the in the foothills above the Kohala Coast in the town of Waikoloa Village in the Waikoloa Villas complex. A short 15 minute drive away, enjoy the white sand beach of Anaeho'omalu Bay which offers many water-sports from this picturesque beach along with the very popular restaurant Lava Lava Beach Club. Water sports include windsurfing, swimming, sailing, snorkeling, glass-bottom boat, dive trips, whale watching trips, etc. This vacation home is a perfect place for a relaxing vacation!
All of our vacation rentals include a basic “start-up supply” of: laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, conditioning shampoo, small bar soap, all-purpose cleaner and salt/pepper. Cooking oils, condiments, spices, food storage bags, plastic wrap and aluminum foil are not provided. Once the startup supply runs out, guests can restock at nearby grocery stores.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay here. The sunsets were incredible, as was the general view. Very easy access with no stairs. The front door has a screen door which allows flow-through ventilation for the whole unit. We loved having the beach equipment in the way of comfortable chairs, beach umbrellas, a cooler and beach towels. The kitchen was well stocked with drip coffee maker with filters, small rice cooker, large slow cooker, toaster and bean grinders for the coffee maker. There were plenty of pans, glasses, cookware and silverware in addition to plentiful cleaning supplies such as paper towels, dishwasher detergent, sponges and dish detergent to name a few. The teflon pans were a bit old and some of the surface was flaking. They should be replaced. The refrigerator has an icemaker. The leather living room couch and love seat were as pictured and had power recline and head rest. Very comfy. The TV had about every channel you wanted and there was 1.2 Gig Internet. Very fast and stable. The master bed was fabulous. It has a Tempurpedic type mattress that was very comfortable. Ample light and all rooms had an overhead fan with remotes. Even the Lani. The area is very quiet and gated. Plenty of free parking. The golf course had a restaurant called Johnny's that was within walking distance and just great. They also serve breakfast. There's a gas station and grocery store within a mile. Overall a great location. We would definitely stay here again.
