Monica house n. 33 is located along the coast of Ostuni, inside a recently built private residence, consisting of terraced houses each of which has an independent entrance and private outdoor space.
EXTERNAL
The residence is an oasis of peace and is ideal for families. The large fully fenced outdoor spaces allow children to play freely outdoors and to walk in peace, all in an atmosphere that favors privacy and relaxation.
This villa has a first PATIO from which, through three steps, you enter a spacious covered and equipped VERANDA, suitable for outdoor lunches and dinners with friends during the holidays. There is also a second SMALL PATIO on the rear side, ideal for reading a book or enjoying the relaxation of a summer afternoon.

The house (which is about 45 square meters) has simple and essential furnishings and is composed of:
