Make the most of all the outdoor adventures and indoor excitement that New Smyrna Beach has to offer, then rejuvenate and revitalize in luxury in this beautifully decorated 3-bedroom 2-bath single-family home with generous private parking. Beach Side Base Camp is a spacious, private, and quiet beach home perfect for creating life-long memories with multiple family generations and friends! Located right in the heart of our quaint beachside town, between the beach to the east and the river to the west, Flagler Ave North and 3rd Ave South, the Beach Side Base Camp beach home is just far enough away from the hot spots for privacy and quiet, but close enough to walk to everything.
Location
Location is critical to having the best vacation. Just two houses down the perfect residential street, Beach Side Base Camp is 1/4 block to multiple beach access points on the sparkling Atlantic waters, including one of the only ramp accesses, for swimming, body boarding, surfing, kayaking, fishing, running, biking, walking, sandcastles, kites, corn hole, frisbee, soccer, volleyball, and every sport and beach game you can imagine, or just lounging under the umbrella and listening to the waves. You'll be dipping your toes in the sand in no time! Four blocks west find river access for kayaking, stand-up paddleboarding, fishing, dolphin + manatee + bird + other animal watching, and boating. Just four blocks north plunge into NSB's famous Flagler Ave for restaurants, live music, nightlife, unique boutiques, shops, local artists, and galleries. And only 2 1/2 blocks south we have 3rd Ave which features additional restaurants, live music, nightlife, surf shops, the Publix grocery store, and everything else you need for your stay. You can even watch one of our frequent rocket launches from the front yard or across the street at the beach. So, park your cars, trucks, motorcycles, RV, and boat in our large private driveway and 2-car garage and walk, run, wheel, scooter, or bike to fun and adventure or whatever you need while enjoying the warm Florida sun and the friendly people of New Smyrna Beach! In addition, you will be within an approximately one-hour drive to iconic Florida vacation destinations including Disney World's theme parks and the Kennedy Space Center, just over an hour from the Orlando International Airport and even closer to the Daytona Beach International Airport and the Orlando-Sanford International Airport.

Friends and family will enjoy time together at the dining room table that seats up to eight guests in a wide-open floorplan. This solid concrete-walled, storm-resistant home is perfect for those who enjoy a luxurious private space in a quiet location where you can rejuvenate and plan your next adventure, right next to all the action!
All bedrooms have been fitted with your comfort in mind with luxurious 100% organic bamboo sheets that will leave you feeling pampered and refreshed. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, smart TV, and a private master bath with a walk-in shower. The 2nd master suite also features a king-size bed, smart TV and is excellent for multiple families or couples traveling together. The 3rd bedroom is perfect for the kiddos and features two sets of bunks beds (4 twin size). The 2nd bath features a tub/shower combo. Sleeping up to eight guests (4 adults only please + 4 children) the Beach Side Base Camp is perfect for a three-generation family vacation, two families with children, two couples, or one family or couple with extra space to spread out.
There is an abundance of private, off-street parking, with a large driveway and a two-car garage, so plenty of room for a boat and/or RV, cars, and room to enjoy the grill. The outdoor shower offers a convenient place to wash the sand from your toes after a day at the beach!
At the Beach Side Base Camp, guests will love the front patio as you watch the rockets launch to the south! The large sunroom, off the back of the home, offers plenty of seating to gather and plan your next beachside adventures. Guests are also welcome to utilize the delicious fruit from our lemon/lime tree in the back of the property.
Extra Amenities and Rules of the House
We strive to provide our guests with the most comfortable, convenient, clean, safe, and quiet base possible to plan, set off, and recover from their adventures, as well as to just rest and relax. To accomplish this, we provide the following extra amenities and have a few rules to ensure the best experience for you, the guests who follow, and us, when we are fortunate enough to get time off to enjoy our vacation home. We love it here and think you will also.
Amenities: We provide guests with a starter kit including two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, one sponge, two dishwasher tablets, two laundry pods, kitchen wipes, a small bar of soap at each sink, and in each shower/tub, a trash bag for the kitchen garbage can, shampoo + conditioner + body soap in each shower/tub, and six single serve coffee pods. We provide beach essentials including beach towels, beach gear, and beach toys in the garage. There are also some toys in the house. There is a washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board to sharpen up your clothes for your indoor adventures. We provide broadband WiFi and TVs with streaming services in every room, there's a DVD/CD player and hundreds of over-the-air stations on the TV in the family room, and we invite you to enjoy our collection of DVDs and CDs (family room) or books and travel guides (back porch). We also have good cellular service, but there's no cable TV at the Beachside Base Camp. We also have a welcome letter with a list of our favorite places and activities, so if you're new to NSB or interested in someone else's favorites, ask the management company for a copy.
Rules: No parties. Maximum four adults + four children. No smoking or pets anywhere on the property. Monitored exterior video surveillance. Rules are enforced.
