Newly listed, newly updated, and fully equipped Kitchen; Ormond Beach Condo has been decorated with relaxing at the beach in mind. The front door will even have your own designated combo code, so you don’t have to worry about everyone having a key. Our complex: Ocean dunes offers a private pool and beach for residents and guests only. There is no-driving on this part of the beach.
Living/Dining Room: Designed to "hang out" a large (full size bed) pull out sofa with plenty of room for the whole family to cozy up and watch TV with Roku and WIFI. There is plenty of space to play games or do a puzzle when you come in exhausted from a day on the beach. The dining table seats 3 comfortably and there are 2 bar stools to sit and talk to whoever is in the kitchen. Sit on the balcony set up with two bistro sets to enjoy the views of the pool and ocean all at once. Sunrises are spectacular, not to mention the sunsets, rainbows, dolphin, and whale watching too!
Kitchen: Everything is updated! There is a refrigerator, full size range, microwave, and dishwasher. Toaster oven, crock pot and blender in addition to a completely stocked kitchen to help you enjoy an easy vacation.
The garage and pantry are stocked with cleaning supplies, small cooler and beach towels and toys.
Master Bedroom: All new upgraded Queen size mattress, plenty of drawers and closet space.
Second Bedroom: has a new upgraded Queen size bed, Twin bunk bed on top, nightstand and chest of drawers.
There are two full bathrooms; one with a shower the other with a bathtub/shower both stocked with towels and hair dryers.
Garage: The garage has probably almost everything you need to have a great time at the beach! Located in the garage are beach chairs, toys, and umbrella. (We would greatly appreciate you rinsing these items off at the hose conveniently located near the garage door.) Unfortunately, there is no parking in the garage, there is parking to the side of the complex.
Ormond Beach is located six miles north of Daytona Beach and is a quiet place to stay during all of Daytona's famous events. Ormond is within driving distance to so many Florida Attractions including Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, Historic Saint Augustine, Daytona Lagoon and Marine land to name a few.
Note: We do not allow parking in the garage, as it is used to store essentials and other equipment. (There is a lot for up to two cars).
