Summary: The location of the house is great. The house could be great but NEEDS some serious TLC. The deck is just all around dangerous- everyone got so many splinters bc it’s in such bad shape. Several of us were cut by rusty nails and I had one break off into my foot. The hot tub was gross when we got there and had to be cleaned. The floors need to be seriously cleaned. After only being there for an hour our feet were black on the bottoms. It’s fine if you don't want to invest in the property but don’t rent it out then. I’ve seen reviews going back to 2020 saying how bad the deck is and still no one is doing anything about it. At one point we were trying to hammer nails down bc so many were just sticking up all over the place.Also we removed the sheets like we’re supposed to before check out and the bed cover underneath that doesn’t get removed had gross stains and blood… so that was super gross to see especially knowing that doesn’t get taken off and cleaned regularly.
