6 Bedroom House in Dauphin Island
Great for families to relax and enjoy themselves with a wonderful private beach. We think it is the perfect beachfront house to get away from it all. It is just a one minute walk to our private beach, which is the width of the property. Our house has 6 bedrooms, 4 1/2 baths and an outside shower. There are 2 decks and you can see the water from both. We cleared out lower branches of the pines for a much better view. It is comfortable and we know you will feel right at home.
We had new decking installed under the house and on the bottom balcony in July 2018. We also installed a new washer and dryer, refrigerator, oven/stove top and dishwasher in the Spring of 2016. There are 2 full refrigerator/freezers for your use. We are constantly updating the house.

When we read these messages in our guest book it gives us so much joy to know others have enjoyed and loved our house as much as we do.
We are in a gated community which is a safe and fun place for kids to explore and bike ride. It includes a community pool with restrooms, tennis courts and a playground. The Isle Dauphine Golf Course is near by, as well as The Audubon Bird Sanctury. Kayak, bike and scooter rentals are available on The Island.
The main floor has a fully-equipped kitchen ( we love to cook) with a dining area, large family room and a big deck with plenty of seating and a picnic table. Part of the deck is covered and part is in the sun! There are 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths on this floor too.
The upper floor has 3 bedrooms, which includes a master suite. The master suite is the best! It has a full bath with a shower and a Jacuzzi tub, and its own deck with incredible views. There are also 2 other bedrooms and one full bath.
Under the house there is an outside shower, fish cleaning station with sink, a sitting area and a gas grill. We have a big wagon to haul everything down to the beach, plus we have beach chairs, 2 kayaks for children and 1 for adults, 2 adult bikes and 2 for children and pool and beach toys.
Inside we have games, puzzles, cards, a few dvd's and lots of great books and magazines to read.
There are linens and towels for your convenience. We have about 12 beach towels too.
