Two outdoor lounges gives you plenty of space to relax either in the traditional Rancho by the pool or closer to the villa in the modern lounge with beautiful solid wood custom made dining table.
Inside is all about comfort, with large screen TV and comfy couch seating next to the large gourmet kitchen which is stocked with everything you need.
Bedrooms are outfitted with hotel quality mattress and linens, finished with blackout blind, air conditioning and ceiling fans for ultimate comfort.
Location is absolute prime, in a quiet pocket with a 3 minute walk you reach a cute beach path directly to the ocean. Perfect for surfers! Wash your feet or board off in the handy outdoor shower.

Summary: This was our third trip to Guiones and this was our favorite house for several reasons. First, location, the house was relatively private and quiet despite being on a main road in Guiones. Second, the property manager Viktor was proactive in reaching out and responsive when we had questions. He also offered several local recommendations. Third, the house was new, clean and well equipped for our family. We will be booking again.
