Bear's Lair is a log cabin featuring a spacious great room with cathedral ceilings, hickory hardwood and tile floors, custom pine cabinetry, and a Jacuzzi tub in the master bath. With water views from every room, you never feel far from the river. Watch the sun set across the river from the large outdoor deck and porches while you listen to the melodic sounds of the river. Discover 5 wooded acres with over 300 feet of easily accessible river frontage; just steps from your door. Splash in the river, fish for your dinner, canoe or kayak downstream or hike/bike the New River Trail. This cabin, located in a private community is perfect for couples , a girl's getaway or the entire family--just waiting for fun and memories to begin!
Please Note: We are unable to provide satellite TV due to the large number of trees around the cabin (not willing to cut 7 trees, just to have TV) However, we do have 2 televisions with VCR/DVD and lots of movies for children and adults, family games, puzzles and books.~~~Cell phone service is excellent for Verizon and US Cellular customers.~~Sorry, no smoking and no pets; the owner has allergies.
