Positive: Aircon. Comfortable bed.
Negative: Apartment filthy on arrival. Scum, stains on sinks, showers and toilets. Smelly mop and heavily stained cloths left on the sink. Fridge, oven and barbecue unclean also. Unforseen late check in charge. Apartment required airing and there were towels drying on the balcony on arrival. Requested door lock repairs , never happened!! Nobody took responsibility or attempted to address any concerns voiced on check in or throughout our stay of 14 nights. We used the " contact the owner" facility in the app. Also contacted local management to no avail.Two separate bookings over a 2 week period and have not seen a cleaner for our entire stay. Appalling! Finally, a car is a must! Very disappointed!
