Beautiful apartment of 71m2 in small secure residence with private parking. 2 bright bedrooms with double bed and bunk bed. 1 living room with fitted kitchen (oven, induction hob, dishwasher) leading onto a beautiful 16m2 terrace. The accommodation is very pleasant, located 100m from the central beach of Lacanau, restaurants and shops in the immediate vicinity.
