Superb new villa of 270sqm located in the residential area of ​​Pointe Rouge 1km from the sea, very quiet.
We imagined our "nest" as a holiday home, to receive family and friends.

1 air-conditioned master bedroom with double bed, bathroom (shower + large bath), tv + dvd.
4 air-conditioned children's rooms with single bed (one with bunk beds and one with extra mattress under the bed), bathroom in each room. Possibility to put a double bed in one of them if necessary.
Large games room with tv + dvd + playstation, board games, .. 2 double sofa beds, shower room and wc.
Kitchen: 2 fridges + 1 freezer, dishwasher, 1 oven + 1 steam oven, Nespresso coffee machine + kettle, Kenwood food processor,
Laundry room: washing machine + dryer.
