Like all retreats in The Sanctuary, this condo features a top-of-the-line kitchen boasting granite countertops, GE Profile stainless steel appliances, and tiled floors. The bathrooms are equally stunning, with beautiful granite vanity countertops and tiled finishes. The kitchen is stocked with essential cookware, including pots, pans, dishes, utensils, a blender, toaster, and coffee maker, making it easy to prepare your favorite family meals. Gather around the full-size dining room table for meals, then enjoy fiery sunsets from the west-facing balcony overlooking the Back Bay!
The open-concept design connects the kitchen and living room, creating a welcoming space for great conversations and family bonding. Expecting guests? A queen sleeper sofa in the living room provides extra sleeping space. The large living area offers ample seating for family games or movie nights on the included TV with DVD and Blu-ray player. Let the sunshine kiss your skin as you leave footprints in the sand, creating memories to last a lifetime at Dunes Aglow!
Complimentary use of the garage-level storage closet is included, stocked with everything you need for a fun day at the beach, such as boogie boards, a beach umbrella, six beach chairs, and assorted beach toys. Additional conveniences include a full-size washer/dryer, ironing board and iron, vacuum cleaners, and hair dryers in both bathrooms.
Enjoy condo amenities at no additional resort fee, including three swimming pools, two libraries, and two fitness centers.
Things to Know
The community pool is open annually from the beginning of June to the end of August for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion.
The Sanctuary HOA schedules structural upkeep during the off-season, blocking off certain sides of the buildings, making it unsafe for our guests to be on the balcony. The balcony may not be available for guests from October to mid-May.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
