Come and enjoy the Coast in style, in this beautiful 2 story 4BR/2.5 BA 2600 sq. ft. canal front home in sparkling City by the Sea. Not only is this house on a canal with your own boat slip, this home has gorgeous water front views and a private pool! Conveniently located in between Rockport and Aransas Pass, right off of Estes Flats . We are only 7.6 miles from the Rockport Beach and just a quick ferry ride to Port Aransas. This house comfortably sleeps 11!

DURING YOUR STAY HOUSE RULES:
1. Check in time is 3PM or after. When you arrive, you are welcome to park anywhere on the driveway, avoid parking on the grass. You have the entire property to yourself. As stated in our listing, the attached garages are not part of the rental.
2. Quiet hours are from 10 PM – 7AM.
3. Smoking is allowed outside but PROHIBITED in the House. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly!
4. Our property is on septic. Please do NOT put anything other than toilet paper in toilet and avoid pouring oil/grease down kitchen drain.
5. We love pets but they are NOT allowed on property.
6. Please do not use bath towels or wash cloths to clean up spills, paper towels are available.
7. Please don’t move the pellet grill from its area.
8. No unattended children in the pool area.
9. No glass containers in the pool area.
