The Windsor Green community is located in the heart of Myrtle Beach, and close to all the wonderful things this town has to offer. 15 minutes from Myrtle Beach International airport, and average 15 minutes to The Grand Strand beaches and boardwalk with amusement park and restaurants. Close to Barefoot Landing, Broadway on the Beach, Market Commons, Coastal Carolina University and the Marshwalk at Murrells Inlet as well. Tanger Factory outlets and convenient shopping is right around the corner.
This 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo has everything you need for a relaxing vacation in Myrtle Beach! This newly remodeled condo comes with a queen size bed in the master bedroom, a full size bed in the second bedroom and two twin beds in the third bedroom. Parking is located in front of building and monthly and weekly rates are adjusted for seasonal pricing. You will be located in the heart of a golfers paradise with many courses nearby to choose from.

CDC CLEANING AND DISINFECTING
NOTE: In addition to the normal housekeeping departure clean our cleaners have added to their routine the proper sanitation of highly touched services which are not limited to: door handles, light switches, remotes, alarm clocks, dresser knobs, décor, lamps, thermostats, phones, hangers and irons. Gloves and masks are worn at all times and the cleaning agents used are those recommended by the CDC.

Linens included are as follows: 4 towels, 4 washcloths per king, queen, or full bed. 2 towels, 2 washcloths per twin bed. 2 hand towels and 1 bathmat per bathroom. 1 kitchen hand towel and 1 kitchen dish cloth. You will also receive a starter roll of toilet paper in ever bathroom and 1 roll of paper towels in the kitchen. ***
House parties and Groups: House parties and groups with members under the age of 25 are prohibited. We do not rent to non-family groups unless ALL members of the group are 25 years of age or older. Any misrepresentation by groups of their age will not qualify for refunds.
