Ons prachtige vakantiehuis ligt op een kleinschalig bungalowpark 'Callantsogervaart' met negen rustig gelegen woningen en op korte afstand van de duinen.
De tuin die om de woning ligt is 170m2 groot en volledig afgesloten door middel van een hek, ideaal voor kinderen om in te spelen of voor uw hond. Vanaf de picknicktafel heeft u wanneer de bloemen in bloei staan zicht op een prachtig bollenveld.
Het terras wat aan de zuidkant ligt heeft een zonnescherm voor in de warme zomerdagen, tevens kunt u hier lekker uit de wind zitten achter het muurtje zodat u bij de eerste zonnestralen al gauw naar buiten kunt.
Wanneer u gewoon even lekker wil ontspannen, bijvoorbeeld met een goed boek, neem dan plaats op de heerlijke ligbedden. Al vanaf de eerste zonnestralen in de ochtend is het heerlijk vertoeven met een kop koffie of thee!
Bij de woning is 1 privé parkeerplaats aanwezig. Een 2e parkeerplaats is bij de ingang van het park aanwezig.
De woning beschikt over een woonkamer met ruim uitgeruste open keuken, voorzien van een vaatwasser, combi magnetron, Nespresso en filterkoffie apparaat en koelkast. in het woongedeelte is naast een tv met dvd-speler en radio/cd-speler ook een lekkere comfortabele hoekbank aanwezig. In de bijkeuken is een wasmachine aanwezig.
Op de eerste verdieping bevinden zich drie slaapkamers. De kamers zijn voorzien van heerlijke comfortabele bedden, waarvan één kamer met een twee persoons SWISS SENSE boxspring, één met twee één persoons SWISS SENSE boxspring bedden (tegen elkaar geplaatst). en één kamer met vrijstaande bedden.
Een kinderstoel en reisbedje zijn aanwezig.
Er is gratis WIFI beschikbaar.
In het tuinhuisje staan een tuinset en een barbeque voor u klaar en tevens staan er 2 fietsen gratis voor u ter beschikking.
U kunt lopend naar het strand of met de auto, welke u kunt parkeren op een gratis en ruim parkeerterrein. Per fiets kan ook, deze kunt u bovenaan de strandopgang gratis stallen.
Strandwandelingen maken, Paardrijden,een dagje Texel, Fietsen langs de prachtige bollenvelden het behoort allemaal tot de mogelijkheden in uw vakantie.
