This gorgeous home with tons of space, endless windows and natural lighting, outdoor entertaining area, pier with fishing lights and much more is perfect for a large family or group of friends looking for a wonderful getaway in Sargent, TX! The main house has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, while the guest cabin has a large bunk style bedroom and a full bathroom. There's even a pool table for some friendly competition and entertainment!
You're sure to enjoy the huge yard covered in giant oak trees, leading down to the creek where you'll find a fishing pier with lights. There's also an easy spot to tie up your boat by the pier. The house comes with kayaks for guests to enjoy, as well as a few crab traps.

Summary: My family and my best friend’s family have an annual trip. This year we choose this property. It was perfect for us. Our teens stayed in the bunk house and the adults, baby, and pups stayed in the main house. We all enjoyed fishing and crabbing from the dock. The pool table in the house was a big plus too. It was a gathering point for everyone. We caught so many crabs we had a crab boil on our last night. Can’t wait to come back!
