On the first floor there are a double bedroom with dressing room and en suite bathroom with bath and separate shower, a double bedroom, a bathroom with tub and shower hose. On the second floor there are living room with fireplace, satellite TV, DVD player and game table, a small kitchenette, a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with tub and shower hose.

Protected swimming pool (6x12 mt - depth 1,50 m) with gazebo, fenced garden, barbecue, wood oven useful to cook pizza, wi-fi, pets allowed, laundry room with washer and dryer, parking, mosquito nets, telephone, pool towels provided included in the weekly price. Opportunity to purchase farm products such as oil and wine.
Prices include the consumption of water, gas, electricity, final cleaning, linen for bedrooms and bathrooms (linen is changed weekly), on-call concierge services in helping out arranging special events or guided tours, sport activities.
Any heating consumption is not included in the price and will be paid on the spot based on consumption, telephone costs, extra linen change, food and consumer goods are not included.
On request: daily domestic service, every morning for 2 hours, at an extra cost of € 250 per week.
Upon arrival, customers must deliver a security deposit of € 500.00 which will be returned to them at the end of the stay less the cost of any damage incurred.

Many of these activities are best arranged in advance, particularly guided tours and museum bookings on high season months.
