3 Bedroom Cabin in Blue Ridge

Get away from it all at "Our Neck of the Woods". This beautiful 2012 built cabin is nestled in the mountains of Blue Ridge GA, just 10 miles from downtown, up highway 5, 2 miles north and 5 miles west of Mercier Orchards in Cashes Valley. (Fightingtown Creek very close as is Cohutta Wilderness area. Cohutta has tons of hiking trails from beginner to expert. Jack's River area has incredible water feature and photography experiences). Class 3/4/5 whitewater rafting just 20 miles away on Ocoee River, site of the '96 Olympic White Water Venue.
With 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms plus a futon in the loft, there is plenty of room to relax. Cabin features include 5 TV's (including one on back porch), with Dish Satellite, main floor 42" with surround sound/60+ movies provided + a lot of kid friendly flicks. Fire pit with chairs out front, also propane fire ring on back porch for chilly evenings. Barbecue grill with back up tank provided. Full size Hot tub, wireless internet, horseshoes, ladder golf and board games.
Outside covered patio all 4 sides with gates. Washer/Dryer is in basement. Note, basement is EXTERIOR ENTRANCE. Great for adults and teens, with pool table, putting game, casino table, card table, dish TV with Xbox/games + a lot of board games, electric fireplace heater, mini frig, along with bedroom and a bath/shower. Basement is truly its own small apartment. Private bedroom has full bed and twin bed.
Everything in cabin is meticulously labeled from light switches, all remotes, TV/DVD/Music, video/game equipment, fireplace heaters, tub, grill, etc, etc. Our attempt at making your visit as stress free as possible.
Area amenities include hiking, horse back riding, Orchard just to name a few close by. Zipline Canopy Tours Blue Ridge is on Cashes Valley Lane ( just a few miles down the road from cabin. Ocoee River White water rafting 20 miles. Harrahs Casino resort 25 miles north in Murphy NC. Visit Blue Ridge (10 miles), and take a ride on Blue Ridge Scenic Railway, go shopping, or try some of the excellent eateries/breweries. Take a guided Jeep mountain tour. Check out boat rentals, or swim at Lake Blue Ridge. Wineries and Orchards abound. Golf 9 miles. Fightingtown Creek is at bottom of subdivision hill (you can hear it from driveway) and Benton MacKaye Trail access just down the road. Check out the maps in the cabin for detail.
Car wash alert - this property is on a gravel road. Only 1/4 mile of gravel, otherwise roads are paved. No problem for regular car. This is the cabin in the Blue Ridge Mountains with a view. You do have to drive up a hill to get here.
