Summary: When we initially arrived, everything about the house was perfect. It was clean, it had everything we needed to cook and enjoy the home. The views were amazing, and the location is great. It is secluded, but still ahs easy access to town. There were two slightly disappointing aspects. 1. The access to the beach: When we looked at the outdoor pictures they were taken in such a way that it looked as if the home had access to the beach. The house is on a bluff and has a beautiful view of the beach, however, it appears there is an optical allusion where the property is a short walk to the beach. This is not true. You have to cross highway 101 to get to Clam beach. This is not that big of a deal it was a 2 minute drive. It just wasn't what we expected. 2. Hot Tub: When we initially arrived we were able to take a nice soak in the hot tub. We covered it and looked forward to the next day, however, the hot tub never got up to the same temperature again. This could have been a user error, I hope it was because it is a beautiful view and there is no better seat than a hot tub to enjoy it.
