To the right, frame less folding glass doors lead to a roof terrace with dining table for 6. There is a sink with worktop and built in washing machine and dryer. There is a utility cupboard with hose ironing board and cleaning materials. The living room with sofa TV and internet has a floating staircase that leads to the roof terrace. Opposite the staircase is a well equipped kitchen with induction hob and white worktop, eye level oven and built in coffee machine. There is a dining table under the staircase and a short corridor leading to the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a smaller bedroom and separate bathroom. Both bedrooms have floating double beds. The flat is air conditioned and the roof terrace is large with a roof top plunge pool. There is a sofa, chairs and sunbeds from which to enjoy the views of the cathedral and mountains and soak up the sunshine.
