Casa Buenas Vibras is a beautiful, modern beach house located in a private gated community on a dead end street.
Located only a couple minutes walk to the beach via our private beach path that leads to crystal clear tide pools and world class surfing. All while being only 2 minutes to yoga, restaurants and Main Street.
Traveling with children? The home has a large fenced in yard with a nice grass area for playing which is very rare in Nosara. Also a fun pool with plenty of beach toys.
Need to get some work done?
The house has high-speed internet throughout, with a dedicated home office that doubles as a 4th bedroom.
Weekly housekeeping is included.
The space:
The home has very comfortable indoor and outdoor furniture, flat screen TVs, top of the line appliances and AC in every room.
The feel of the home is open and full of light with a relaxing vibe. The open concept floor plan with large sliding doors opening to the front and rear allow for nice breezes and a true indoor outdoor feel where you will see howler monkeys moving through the trees and birds of all types.
The 2 downstairs bedrooms are spacious and full of light and are connected by a Jack and Jill bathroom with double sinks, rain shower and a separate outdoor shower.
The master suite is spacious, has a large walk in closet and en suite bathroom complete with shower, double sinks and spa tub.
The 4th bedroom on the second floor has a pull out queen size sofa bed and a full en suite bathroom. There are amazing Mountain Views. This room can also be utilized as a home office.
Other things to note:
There is a home being remodeled across the street, so the chance of seeing/hearing some construction is a strong possibility. Because of this, we’ve significantly discounted our regular rates. There is also generally no construction during Easter, Christmas and New Year’s. If you book Casa Buenas Vibras, you will be in the only private, gated community with 24 hour security in Playa Guiones, that happens to be a two minute walk to the beach in a residential only neighborhood.
