Exquisite remodel of historic 1905 victorian home with the traveling professional in mind. We offer 7 fully furnished efficiency studios for 28 day minimum stay travelers. The studio has refrigerator/freezer, microwave & keurig, queen sized bed with comfortable linens, leather sofa with ottomans, dresser, desk, bath towels, smart TV, and WiFi. There is beautiful fully furnished shared kitchen if you choose to cook in or a gas grill and picnic area if you choose to cook out with herb garden and corn hole game for enjoying the beautiful Reno sunshine. The basement has laundry with two washer/dryers as well as iron/board and individual locked storage. Off street parking. Located on quiet street in heart of booming Midtown district yet a couple of blocks walk to the best restaurants, craft breweries and distilleries, shopping and all the midtown activities.
