Beautiful three story home with a pool! This home is in a great location, park your car and walk to everything Avalon has to offer. This spacious 6 bedroom home has it all. Five of the six bedrooms are two bedrooms on each floor and an additional half bath on the second floor. The first floor offers a spacious family room with a large flat screen TV, a wet bar and two beverage coolers. A sliding door leads to a deck overlooking an inviting inground pool. This floor also has a bedroom with 2 twin beds, full hall bath and a bedroom with a queen bed and private ensuite as well as a sliding door leading to a covered deck. A laundry room with a door leading to the side of the house and to the pool and garage. The second floor is a large, bright & open living area with a vaulted ceiling, kitchen and dining area. Sliding doors lead to a very spacious deck which is partially covered for comfort. There is a nice center island with seating, lots of counter space and Jenn Air stainless steel appliances, including a 6 burner gas range. There is a powder room and a private bedroom/bath suite on each side of the rear of the house. The bedroom with the queen bed has a sliding door leading to another deck and overlooks the pool. The other bedroom offers a set of bunk beds (twin over a double bed with twin trundle underneath.) The third floor has two bedrooms each with a king size bed, private bathroom with double vanity sinks , walk in clost, a flat screen TV and a sliding door leading to a large deck . The rear yard with pool is a wonderful spot to sit back and relax and enjoy this beautiful home ! Just a short walk to town, restaurants, the boardwalk and the beautiful beaches of Avalon!
