One car garage has been converted to a fun game room. Ceramic tile and carpet flooring throughout. living room and dining room combo, Very cozy & cottage feel. . The kitchen includes ample cabinet space, closet pantry, 42" wood cabinets. The 2 master bedroom has access to pool area and both have private bathroom with dual sink vanity, garden tub and separate shower. Enjoy all the resort style amenities including a state of the art clubhouse, with fitness center, movie theatre, resort style pool, spa like, game room, beach volleyball courts and much more! Near to schools, shopping and dining. Minutes to major roadways making easy access to Magic Kingdom, Sea World, Universal Studios, Downtown Orlando and Orlando International Airport.
