Summary: When we arrived we noticed a bird had gotten into the house & messed in several rooms. Owner was very apologetic & sent someone over quickly to clean up the mess. Listing had said a hot tub….. it really is a large jacuzzi tub in one of the bathrooms. Neighborhood a bit sketchy & numerous Lyft drivers warned us not to go out at night. Overall property fit our needs.
