Detached 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom private villa, Casa Anita has a large private fenced garden with grassed areas and one of the largest private pools (15m x 6m) in Mojacar with sea and mountain views
The villa is secluded and private, yet is only a ten minutes walk from the beach. It is within easy reach of restaurants and shops, and is close to the Golf courses, horse riding and water sports.
Eight people can be accommodated in four bedrooms, all with views of the sea or mountains.
The villa is on one level and is located in a quiet residential area less than 1km from the beach and all amenities.
Entry into the grounds is via large black gates at the beginning of the driveway.
Free WiFi is included in all weekly rentals. Both English and Spanish TV is available.
The two living areas and all bedrooms have both cool and warm air conditioning.
Fully fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer, oven, hob, microwave and dishwasher. A separate utility has washing machine, iron and ironing board.
