Positive: Location, facilities especially the pool and beach. Proximity to everywhere, everything within two minutes! The balcony, elevators throughout the building. The pool! Everything you needed was in the apartment. It was spotless!Hosts were available and pleasant.
Negative: The rooms were too small. We needed 3 bedrooms (our fault), two teenagers, one male, one female, so couldn't share bedroom. Sofa bed was used, so we had nowhere to relax except the bedroom//balcony. The view from the balcony made up for lack of living space.
Summary: Great stay, fab location!
