Bring your boat , jet ski, swim or layout out in the sun right in your backyard with full water access right here. Public boat launch is less than 2 miles away. This waterfront property includes central air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and off street parking for 5 to 6 cars. Right in the hub of the point on Greig St., with a great view of the pier, lighthouse and sandbar. Linens provided, washer and dryer, outdoor firepit, and bikes are available upon request, as well as a PADDLE BOAT and 2 SUP BOARDS to use for FREE as well ! Video Games, 50" smart TV, gas grill are all included. Great location, great home and great opportunity to make new memories. Walking distance to the beach, restaurants, park and just a short drive to the golf course. You can stay right here if you prefer and swim right off the dock or layout in the sun on the large dock while the kids swim. Many great shops and restaurants to enjoy in town. Its only a 2 minute walk to Captain Jacks restaurant and downtown Sodus Point from home.
