Summary: Have stayed a BW in Williamsburg several times. This time was not quite up to par. We asked for a handicapped accessible room and the clerk indicated that the only one on the main floor as occupied. When we checked back later, we were told the occupant had decided to spend another night. They said as soon as it became available, we could move. It never became available and no one ever contacted us despite 3-4 stops at the front desk. In the past, the staff was very accommodating. Not so much now. Communicating in English was also sometimes difficult.
