Positive: All the staff working at the hotel were very helpful, receptionist (Miss. Cemre and Mr. Mehmet, hotel manager Miss. Seda), we would like to thank the sister who makes gozleme at the snack bar for making such delicious gozleme. every week on Thursday night, the hotel organizes a Turkish night at the hotel, thanks to the beautiful presentation of Turkish culture, you will once again be glad for your holiday in Turkey. there is something to eat at the hotel at all hours, you will never go hungry, whether you are vegetarian, vegan or meat-eating, this hotel has something for every taste. the location of the hotel is actually when you get on the bus from Alanya bus station, you can reach the hotel in half an hour with a single bus. I was a little hesitant about the comments on the hotel, but we did not have any problems with the staff or the hotel and we left the hotel very satisfied. the hotel was complaining about English-speaking staff but I realized that the staff had enough English to solve the problem of the blacks. We came here with my mother and we felt safe in the hotel because no one entered the hotel from the outside. I recommend this hotel to people who will go on vacation with extra ladies and ladies. I would like to thank the bartender (Mr. Mesut and Mr. Kavas), waitress (Mr. Seydi, Mr. Ferhat) working at the hotel and the whole hotel team (Mr Hasan Chef) whose name I cannot write. Also thanks to the bartender Mesut for entertaining us at the poolside. The best part of the hotel is that the restaurant is on the top floor of the hotel and you can eat every meal accompanied by the sea view (i added a photo for all of the guests ) There is also a market inside the hotel where you can buy your missing needs such as towels, hats, sea bed, ice cream, chips, etc., very much more affordable than Alanya bazaar prices. If you have any shortcomings, my humble advice is to ask the market first and then you can search the market outside.
Negative: The only shortcoming of the hotel is that the rooms are cheap, but if you come on vacation not for the hotel room but for the facilities provided by the hotel, you will not experience this problem.
