Black Point Cottage is located in private Beach Community which has 3 beautiful beaches on the Long Island Sound, tennis courts, pickle ball, basketball courts, and it's own Market store. Both the store and Beach are steps away!
Decorated in nautical New England style this cottage offers a cozy space with half bath, microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven, games and outdoor seating. The large enclosed outdoor shower is the only shower.
This is a weekly rental only Saturday to Saturday. We do NOT allow any animals due to health reasons including service animals. No parties allowed nor smoking of any kind inside home.

Summary: My husband and I rented this adorable property for a week in July and it was just perfect. Niantic is where I grew up but since we live in Canada now, we return each Summer to visit friends and family in the area, and to relax on the beach. The owners were very hospitable, and also gave us our privacy. We loved walking back and forth to the beach across the street. The outdoor shower which is fantastic, and completes the beachy feel of the cottage. We had everything we needed, and more. The mini kitchen was cute and complete, and although the bathroom is small, it was perfect for our needs. We brought paddleboards and placed them in the back overnight, brining bikes would be a great idea. With two parking spots it was perfect when friends visited. We saw the fireworks from the pier and enjoyed long walks each morning all around Black Point and Old Black Point, a majestic walk. We stopped in the good ol" Black Point Market for breakfast or snacks, which was a short walk and convenient. Niantic is truly a gem and this cottage is rare find. Thank you so much to the hosts, we hope to return again.
