In order to ensure a worry-free stay. We have two options. One is a $500 refundable deposit or $35 non-refundable damage waiver. The deposit will be returned if no damages or violations (such as smoking) are found during your stay and the waiver will cover damages up to $500.00.

**Some regular maintenance services are required to keep our homes in excellent shape. Be informed that we have regular landscaping service and pest control management that may come during your stay.

We use an integrated software that will give you access to our Guest Portal at PMI Premium Services. It will send you messages with instructions and guiding through a screening process and contract which are required to release check in instructions.
Hosts are available from 08:00 - 22:00 via your booking platform.
The Bluestone Lake House is located in a very quiet neighborhood. It's centrally located in the heart of Broward County, only 4 miles away from Sawgrass Mills, the largest outlet and value retail shopping destination in the United States.

With many beautiful nurseries and local festivities to enjoy with your family.

This lake home is 2200 sq ft, 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home with 1000 sf of outdoor deck space.

KITCHEN AND DINING:
Fully stocked with pots & pans, plates, cups, mugs, utensils, cooking tools, coffee pot, toaster oven, oven, dish washer, refrigerator, and microwave. Dining areas with seating for 6 and all the necessary dinnerware.
OUTDOOR AREAS:
The backyard has plenty of outdoor lounge furniture.

PARKING:
Free parking is available in the driveway for two cars. NOTE: Street or grass parking is prohibited.
WHATS INCLUDED:
Free WIFI, Smart TVs. We provide a starter pack of essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, & toiletry) for your first few nights. You may need to purchase more depending on use.
Guest access:
The entire house is for your exclusive use. Please observe check-in time is 4 PM due to high occupancy and new cleaning standards we may not be able to allow for an early check-in. If you require an early check-in, please check with host to block out an additional night (if available) at a discounted rate, this will guarantee an early check-in or request early check-in through the DACK app.
Other things to note:
Please NO PARTIES, NO EVENTS, NO GATHERINGS, AND NO SMOKING. Smoking inside the house will incur an additional cleaning fee.
The property is protected by Surveillance cameras (located on the exterior of the house only, the front and rear of the house) and noise detectors (do not record). The noise detectors are located on the interior and backyard. DO NOT TAMPER WITH CAMERAS OR NOISE DETECTORS. DOING SO WILL RESULT IN THE CANCELATION OF YOUR RESERVATION.
Remember that you’re staying in a house, in quiet residential area , we ask that you be mindful of the noise and be respectful to our neighbors. Please treat the home with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7. Thank you
Please DO NOT lean or climb on railing. Please be aware that if you have small children when in the loft as it has no support at the bottom.
Private community requires strict observance of lower volume to outdoor music.
Commercial vehicle parking is not allowed in the neighborhood. Only 2 private vehicles allowed.
The home is close to public transportation, uber is plentiful, and it has a City-run bike and scooter rental program.
