2 impressive houses as well as a 2-bedroom Carriage House apartment, together on 5 acres of property. They were once part of the same estate and are now joined again. Fantastic for groups of 16 to 28 and small events.
Hawk Knoll is a 1940's 6-bedroom, 5.5-bath Brick Manor house with astounding Catskill mountain views, large common rooms, a covered front porch and 2 Bluestone patios. Sleeps up to 12 guests.
Emerick Cottage, built in 1913, is a 3-story Victorian house with 5 bedrooms plus a loft, and 3 full baths. It has beautiful period details, a large enclosed wrap-around porch and heated, saltwater pool. Sleeps up to 12 guests.
The Carriage House apartment, located above the 4-stall garage and has been recently renovated with new kitchen and bathroom and features 2 queen-size bedrooms, dining and living room. Sleeps up to 4 guests.

Summary: After a last minute cancellation by our other Airbnb hosts, Ryan and Mark came to the rescue with these two beautiful homes. We had a group of friends stay with us over our wedding weekend, and it was the perfect setup. Everyone had plenty of space, and the house was equipped with everything we needed. We’re all already taking about when we can get back and maybe even making it a yearly get-together.
