Positive: Location was good

Negative: Management of Vacasa was a nightmare. Customer service was never on point, they hardly understood and interpreted well inquiries sent. Luckily nothing was an issue during stay that required massive help from them, except for check-in details that were only sent a couple of hours before check-in. Even that had multiple communication issues.
