Head back inside and you will be welcomed into the main floor with brand new furnishings. Plop down on the couch and catch up on your favorite show. Or, if you're looking to cook a great meal for the family or your friends, the fully stocked kitchen will provide everything you need to do so, including all major appliances including:

PRIMARY BEDROOM
All of the bedrooms are located on the top floor of the home. The primary bedroom includes a super comfy queen size bed. and a dresser so that you can unpack your personal items. Above the dresser is an oversized mirror for checking out just how cute you look! The en suite bathroom has a gorgeous tile shower and smart mirror for your own spa-like experience. This bedroom also has its own balcony!
SECOND BEDROOM
Continue down the hall to the second bedroom, which has another comfy memory foam mattress and dresser.
KIDS BEDROOM
Across the hall from the second bedroom is an adorable kids bedroom with twin bunk beds, a play tent, and a reading nook. It's equipped with stuffies, reading material, and cozy pillows!
UPSTAIRS BATHROOM
At the end of the hall is a bathroom with vanity and shower, and stocked with all Public Goods essentials for getting nice and squeaky clean.
DOWNSTAIRS BATHROOM
The third bathroom is located downstairs, and also includes a shower, bathtub, and vanity.
DOWNSTAIRS LAUNDRY
There is a laundry closet with a washer, dryer, and handheld clothing steamer for your use.

We share a driveway with two neighbors. This home includes two parking spots, and we ask that you please adhere to our access and parking policy.

Road Noise:
This home is located near a street. There shouldn't be much road noise during your stay, but we do want to be sure that you are aware that there may be some, such as if a delivery truck drives by.
No Boat Access:
The canal is great for kayaking or paddle boarding, but there is no motorboat access to the home.
Canal:
Entergy lowers the water level of Lake Hamilton from November - March. During this time, please note that the canals will be empty of water.
Damage Waiver:
The Damage Waiver is built into your reservation booking total (“Management Fee”). This fee covers only unintentional damages to the rental unit interior that may have occurred during your stay. Damages must be disclosed to Host before or upon check out of your stay. The fee will pay a maximum benefit of $300. Any damages that exceed $300 will be charged to the credit card on file. NOTE: This is NOT insurance and only applies to ACCIDENTAL damages. Any damages that either exceed $300, are not disclosed prior to check out, or are deemed intentional, will be charged to the credit card on file.
This home is located on a cove off Lake Hamilton. You can kayak from our property to the lake (we do not provide kayaks at this time). There is no motorboat access. Just down the street is Hill Wheatley Park, which has a public boat launch, sand beach, and walking trails.
You will need a car to get around.
No parties or events. We have two exterior security cameras on-site and are able to see if people outside your group comes to the house. This will result in an IMMEDIATE cancellation of your reservation with NO refund.

This is a no shoes house. All shoes must be taken off at entry.
**Important** Please make sure you read and comply with these rules:
NO SMOKING OR VAPING IN THE HOME OR ON THE OUTDOOR DECKS AT ALL. If you need to smoke or vape, you may do so in the driveway. Please ensure that you safely dispose of any cigarette butts.
No pets of any kind, no exceptions.
No excessive guests without host's consent.
NO PARTYING of any kind inside or on the property. Please respect the community. Noise level MUST BE MINIMAL after 10PM! There is a noise level city ordinance we do not want complaints! Violation of the noise/party rule will result in the police being called, termination of your reservation, and the security deposit retained. We must respect the peace of the community! Thank you.
