Positive: The room design is excellent. Despite its compact size, the space is used very efficiently and feels modern and thoughtfully arranged. The bed is a comfortable size and exceptionally cozy. There's a desk in the room, and conveniently placed power sockets near both the bed and the desk. The environment is quiet, and the window can be fully blacked out, ensuring restful sleep. The air conditioning works well and operates quietly. Additionally, the facility offers shared areas with desks, making it an ideal place for both relaxation and productive work. The location is also very convenient -everything you need is within walking distance. The staff is polite and tries to help.
Negative: Everything was resolved in the end, and I was really happy with my stay overall. That said, I believe these issues shouldn’t have happened in the first place, so I’ll still include them in my feedback. Communication before arrival was frustrating. Despite asking two weeks in advance and following up several times, I didn’t get confirmation about a late check-in until the day before. Until then, I wasn’t even sure if—after traveling the whole day—I’d actually be able to access the room and get to bed upon arrival. The biggest issue was the air conditioning. Their system automatically turns off the AC if no movement is detected for 15 minutes, which meant it wouldn’t stay on during the night. I kept waking up just to turn it back on. I was initially told this couldn’t be changed, which clearly wasn’t true—after some discussion, a technician came and fixed it. It was resolved on the first day, but not without added stress and unnecessary back-and-forth. When I arrived around midnight, the room was clean but not properly prepared—bed linen was missing, so I had to ask for it and make the bed myself. There was also barely any toilet paper and no shower gel. These were sorted out after I reported them.
