Come enjoy this Lake Hartwell house located on a relaxing quiet cove. Sip coffee on the large deck overlooking the water in the morning. Platform dock is in place where you can tie up your own boat, sunbathe or fish. We also have a canoe and two stand-up paddle boards for guest use.
There are two sitting areas in house for relaxing, a cozy dining area for eating and a second table for puzzles or playing board games (several games to choose from in cabinets). Wifi internet access is available for surfing the internet. There is a large TV for streaming your own movies (no cable) or watching local channels. There is a large kitchen for cooking as well as a washer and dryer.
There is a dutch-door between the eating area and the Den that closes off the back section of the house for additional privacy for late sleepers or early risers.
A couple items to note:
1. The house is located on a sloping lot and you must be able to walk down (and up) stairs to access both the house and lake.
2. There are three parking spaces for cars.
