There is a maintained dirt road to the property. Most cars and suvs should make it to the property without issues

Other Things to Note:
Note: Tiny Home is off the grid. This means power and water are a luxury. You may loose solar power on rare occasions and need to start the generator. The generator has easy to use instructions and we are usually available to assist if you need it. Water is limited. We truck in water daily and you have 40 gallons to use. Like any nature setting there are animals and bugs. Please keep the door shut to keep all the critters out. In the cold season when temperatures dip below 32 degrees there is a chance your pipes freeze. In this case they usually thaw out by the afternoon.
