2 King Bedrooms, 1 Queen bed and 2 Full Bathrooms. We also have a rollaway bed if needed. Sliding doors lead you out to the seasonally HEATED pool oasis, which includes a hot tub, lounge chairs, bbq grill, covered dining table, fire pit and children’s play area. Kitchen/ living room open floor plan has plenty of room for everyone. Includes fully stocked kitchen, high quality linens and plush bath towels. House is stocked with beach necessities. We also have many children’s items including a Pack-n-Play, stroller and high chair. Garage features a game room with a dart board, board games, ping pong table and foosball table.
2 miles to Downtown Melbourne, 5 miles to the beach, 3 miles to the Melbourne International Airport, 2.5 miles to Holmes Regional Medical Hospital, 6 miles to Downtown Eau Gallie. Short 20 miles to Viera (USSSA Space Coast Complex).
Also close to many national tourist destinations! 20 miles to the famous Cocoa Beach, 30 miles to Port Canaveral, 38 miles to Kennedy Space Center, and about 70 miles to Orlando/Disney World!

Main Living Area includes Smart ROKU TV with Sling, Netflix, Hulu and Amazon Prime Video apps.
Kitchen: Updated appliances and great views of most of the house and pool/patio area. Electric range, side by side refrigerator, dishwasher, built in microwave.
NOT PROVIDED: Food, fire pit wood
Note: All paper products, trash bags and cleaning supplies are provided but not unlimited. If your group uses more than the standard amount, you will need to purchase separately.
Also to note, we have one actively recording Ring doorbell at front door which records audio and video for guest safety. No other cameras/audio recorders on premise.

Summary: Nice and relaxing place. The spare bedroom could use a better mattress. The dead leaves outside needed to be cleaned up so they stop blowing into the pool. We had to pinch hot for the pool guy as there was a constant colllection of dead leaves in the pool. The kitchen pots and pans could use an upgrade.
