Bright and inviting 3rd floor corner unit with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms! Relax outside on the screened in porch in the morning with coffee or tea from the mini breakfast beverage tray. Located on the River Oaks Golf Course with a view of tee off right over the pond. This central located condo is less than 10 minutes from beach boardwalk. Family friendly with activities for all with Broadway at the beach, Hollywood wax museum and more!

Bedrooms:
A master suite with a king bed and a full private bathroom. The TV is mounted to the wall and does not move.
In the second bedroom there are two twin beds. Second full bathroom next door.
Extra linens are in the closets.
Black-out curtains in both bedrooms and on the sliding doors!
The couch is not a sleeper.
Kitchen:
Enjoy your meals at the table with 4 chairs or at the bar with 3 stools. Located in the kitchen is a coffee maker and tea kettle for you to enjoy the complementary coffee and tea. You will usually be able to find some spices and necessities in the kitchen. Please don't take them as they are there for all guests.
Bathrooms:
In both bathrooms you’ll find starter shampoo, conditioner, body soap and lotion.
You have full access to the washer and dryer IN the unit. Provided with starter detergent and dryer sheets.
Smart TV’s located in the living room and both bedrooms. All equipped with Netflix, Hulu, Disney + and more Just sign into your accounts and enjoy.
Cleaning supplies can be found under the kitchen sink and in the hall closet should you need. Due to allergies, this is a pet and animal free home.
The outdoor pool is open April 15th-October 15th.
The indoor pool is open October 15th-April 15th.
The outdoor pool is located by building 13. Just a short walk to enjoy the sun!
Pool hours are 9am-10pm
A pool pass will be provided. If not returned, there will be a $100 fee for replacement.
Two parking passes will be provided. If not returned, there will be a $125 fee for replacement.
Please ask in advance for early check in or late check out. It is not a guarantee, but I always try. There will be a fee if you check in early or check out late without approval.
The unit is cleaned and sanitized after every checkout to keep everyone safe.

There is a Ring Doorbell Camera. It is recording video/audio 24/7. Owner may look at camera at anytime during your reservation.
