Enjoy this bright, newly renovated unique home across the street from waterfront homes featuring 3 beds & baths, plus a 4th bedroom/office, loft reading nook, Bosch appliances, bedroom skylights, and artful light fixtures. The backyard is fully fenced with brand new heated pool with waterfall and outdoor grill and dining area.
The master bedroom with King hybrid memory foam mattress and full bathroom with walk in shower and jetted tub are upstairs with the loft reading nook outside the door to the bedroom. The two guest bedrooms with queen mattresses are downstairs. One bedroom has a desk in it. There is a separate office with a larger desk and chair - also 4th bedroom with comfortable full size pullout sofa.
Walk to the Sarasota Arts Museum, grocery, Southside and downtown Restaurants & shops, Selby Botanical Gardens, Bayfront Park, & Marina Jack. This area of Sarasota allows for weekly stays, per City ordinance.

Summary: What a great place for us! We were a group in age from 87 to 14. We came to relax, hang out as a family, and be close to things to do. The house meets all that and more. On top of that, I am an architect geek. It is the best use of space in an A Frame I have ever seen. The interior was laid out fantastic, great design and interior. James, property owner, was very engaged. Probably the best VBrO experience my wife and I have encountered. Thank you James!
