Conveniently located just minutes from Autzen Stadium, U of O, the heart of Eugene, and Riverbend hospital, this house allows you to stay in ultimate comfort with the convenience of the Ferry St. Bridge area of Eugene. The house is newly renovated, spacious, and ultra clean. With an open concept floor plan plus great separation of space and 2800 sqft of ample room to spread out, Harlow House is ideal for large families or multiple couples traveling together.
This property has a second floor that is dedicated solely to the very large primary suite with soaking tub, double vanity, and dedicated work space. There is also an expansive walk in closet that has a window and could be used for a child who needs to stay close to their parents (we have an extra twin bed and a pack n play that can be brought to this space upon request).
Downstairs has an open floor plan with an extra large kitchen island, a playroom with toys, books, and games, and a dining room that seats 8. There are 3 more spacious bedrooms (2 queen beds and one bunk bed room), a full bath with tub and shower, and a large half bath and laundry room with high efficiency washer and dryer.
The yard is completely fenced and secure for pets with a slider leading out from the dining area.
There is a smaller “apartment” type unit attached to this house that is available to rent separately if you have a larger group. It has an entirely separate entry, garage (which the living space sits atop), and no shared space or access to the main fenced yard, but we do like guests to be aware it is on the property!
