THE SPACE
- This is a distinctive flat.. a one-bedroom plus one Triplex full of stylish and charm.
- You'll enter the apartment through a stylish lounge that connects you to the entire triplex.
- Go down and you'll find a fully equipped bathroom and kitchenette as well as a living room with a comfortable dining table and a smart TV with free access to Netflix.
- Go slightly up and you'll find a distinctive studio style couple bedroom with a fancy metal and glass structure cleaning the division.
- Keep going up and you will find a twin bedroom with two large windows with the traditional Portuguese balcony (tiny but really nice)
- The triplex is equipped with all the amenities you need, including bathroom essentials (shampoo, shower gel, toilet paper, towels, hairdryer, etc.); kitchen essentials (spices, olive oil, coffee, tea, complimentary bottle of water, etc.); and others (iron & table, cleaning material, baby crib and high chair upon request, etc.)
GUEST ACCESS
- Guests have private access to the entire triplex.
- There is a free and unlimited 100MB internet connection.
- The kitchenette is fully equipped: necessary cooking ware; initial cooking kit including salt, pepper, extra-virgin olive oil, sugar; tableware including wine glasses, etc.
- Other essential amenities: hairdryer, Iron & table, hangers, cleaning material etc.

LONG-TERM RESERVATIONS
Reservations for more than 15 nights are considered long-term reservations and are subject to the following rules:
