This listing is 3 adjacent full 2 bed/1 bath suites on a large privately owned and managed property. The home is great for a large group of up to 10 guests. It is close to public transit, stores, parks, restaurants, coffee shops & dispensaries. 10 minutes from the Mile High Broncos Stadium and closer to multiple hospitals for the traveling nurse professional. Minutes from Downtown Denver (which houses 50+ independently owned CO restaurants/boutiques/activities!). Convenient to DIA, light rail & bus lines.
Quality School districts (JEFFCO Public Schools). Easy commute to nearby campuses and hospitals/healthcare facilities for those in or working at the schools or seeking medical treatment (or working at the healthcare facilities) respectively.
We have many parks nearby; Aviation Park, Morse Park Neighborhood, James J. Richey Park, Edgewater State Park, Citizens Park pavilion, Citizens Park, Memorial Park and Spring Ridge Park.
