Summary: Hotel San Marco is actually a bit far from the center, but it’s located in a much quieter area, which makes it far more comfortable. If you like, they can call a private water taxi for you right in front of the hotel. The staff, including the gentleman and lady at reception, are incredibly helpful and very kind with everything you need. The rooms are comfortable, and overall, it was a lovely experience.
