Positive: Convenient location. Extra blankets and small pillows in the main bedroom. Kitchen well-stocked with utensils. Booking.come was very easy to work with! The couch and easy chairs were comfortable.
Negative: *The toilet handle and stopper did not work well. I had to take off the lid on the back of the toilet and operate it manually. *The tub was EXTREMELY slippery! It needs a rubber mat or other protector and I could not use it. *There was no channel guide for the TV. *There were no regular height table and chairs - stools are/were uncomfortable and hard to get into and out of. The kitchen sink faucet was broken - there was no way to change to from spray to stream. The door to the freezer did not operate smoothly - it made a loud noise when it was opened. *The door to the patio was hard to open and close, so we didn't use it. *The furniture had a lot of worn spots. The photos online and the actual facility did not match - it was not nearly as nice as the photos. *We wish the check-in system was explained more thoroughly - there was no front desk and no staff onsite. The door lock system worked well, but we wish we would have had more explanation about it before we got there.
Summary: We will return to Chelan next summer, but will stay somewhere else.
