Beautiful apartment in a quiet area 7 km from Ciudadela in one of the best complexes on the south coast. The complex has impeccable gardens, a community pool with maximum privacy and a mini children's pool. Located near the lake of Calan Bosch, 2 minutes walking, where you can enjoy a wide variety of restaurants, leisure and boat rentals to reach the best beaches in the south in minutes or enjoy magnificent excursions. In addition to being able to enjoy the wonderful sunsets next to the Cap de Artrutx lighthouse. Or start the 'cami de Cavalls' also nearby. All services at your fingertips, leisure activities for the whole family, supermarkets, restaurants, marina, and of course the beautiful Calan Bosch beach, 6 minutes walk away. The completely renovated property has two double bedrooms. One bedroom with a 160 wide bed with a quality mattress, the other with two comfortable single beds with good features. The apartment has all the details, a brand new fully equipped kitchen, it has a dishwasher. Air conditioning and washing machine. Dining room with comfortable sofa and 55-inch smartv. WiFi connection. Magnificent terrace in front of the apartment to enjoy sunny breakfasts. Magnificent private garden of 80m2 with lawn in the back and chillout with direct access to the community pool Delivery of keys.
The keys are handed over at the palau fincas office Avda. Jaume el Conqueridor, 108 07760 · Ciutadella de Menorca. The key delivery and return (there is a mailbox in case they arrive before the time for the return) schedule is from Monday to Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. After 10 p.m a supplement of €20 is charged. On Sundays and local holidays the keys are handed over from 10:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on request and charging an extra €20.
Pets are allowed on request and have a surcharge of €25 per stay.
HIGH SEASON (FROM MAY 1 TO OCTOBER 31) — Stays of less than 9 days: €2 per day — Stays of 9 days or more: from the ninth day, €1 per day LOW SEASON (FROM NOVEMBER 1 TO APRIL 30 ) — Stays of less than 9 days: €0.50 per day — Stays of 9 days or more: from the ninth day, €0.25 per day.
