The outside of the house is perfect for relaxing and unwinding after a day's excursions around the island. If you have been to the beach, you can wash off the sand with the outdoor shower and then prepare a delicious barbecue in the outdoor kitchen area or relax with a drink on the terrace of the house. The property is located within the village, and there are neighbours nearby.
The beautiful three-storey house has a traditional style and offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. The ground floor offers an air-conditioned living room with Smart TV with satellite channels and DVD; another dining room with beautiful views of the Tramuntana mountains; the kitchen, which has a gas cooker; two bedrooms with twin beds; and a bathroom with a shower. On the first floor, you will find another living room with air conditioning; two bedrooms with double beds; and a bathroom with a bathtub. The -1 floor is at the level of the backyard and garden and offers a games' room with table football, the outdoor kitchen with barbecue and a toilet. The property is equipped with a washing machine, iron and ironing board, and we can provide you with a cot and high chair if you are travelling with your baby.
Maria de la Salut is located in the peaceful area of Pla de Mallorca, a perfect place for those seeking peace and quiet. It is advisable to have a car, especially to visit the stunning beaches that the island has to offer. The beach of Can Picafort and the beach of Muro are approximately 15 km away. On Wednesdays, you can also enjoy the oldest and most traditional market on the island, located in Sineu.
